A completely eco-sustainable hotel<\/strong>, from the construction process down to the smallest detail: this is the idea behind MODE<\/strong>, a concept hotel that has just opened in Rimini, which counts Cinquerosso Arte among its partners.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hotel features nine suites and a dedicated co-working space. Each room has its own identity and message, offering guests a variety of sensations and a fulfilling experience. MODE will also serve as a showroom, a workshop, and an innovation hub, positioning itself as a point of reference for design, hospitality, and environmental, social, and economic sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cinquerosso Arte contributes to this groundbreaking project with floral-themed artworks by artists Marcella Fierro, Silvia<\/strong> Lisotti, and Rocco Casaluci<\/strong>. Carefully selected by architect Laura Verdi<\/strong> for the common areas helping to define the project’s unique aesthetic identity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MODE, which was preceded by the design hotel DEMO<\/strong>, also in Rimini, was born from an idea by Mauro Santinato<\/strong>, who involved various architectural firms and companies. A variety of styles coexist harmoniously in a small ecosystem, the result of collaboration and networking. It\u2019s no coincidence that Santinato is the founder of Teamwork Hospitality<\/strong>, a consulting, training, and event management company whose core mission is creating industry networks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the furnishings and finishes come from carefully selected partner brands, just as the spaces and architectures bear prestigious signatures: Lombardini 22-Eclettico Design, ovre.design\u00ae, Rizoma Architetture, Gla, Noa, Galimberti Design, Roberta Studio, Otto Studio, Hub48, the ne[s]t, Laura Verdi, Comfort Hub e il Politecnico di Milano Scuola del Design<\/strong>, with the supervision and technical coordination of Hospitality Project<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMode<\/strong> will be a livable work of art, a gallery of sustainable ideas and practices,\u201d says Mauro Santinato. \u201cEach suite tells a story to be experienced, and the entire hotel becomes a benchmark for those who want to innovate in hospitality without compromising the environment.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eco-sustainability is ensured through solutions such as rainwater recovery, courtesy kits with dispensers. An honesty bar featuring locally sourced products, ultra-low consumption appliances, and many other measures that save resources and reduce environmental impact. The co-working<\/strong> space, called GEA, reflects another emerging trend in the sector: the demand for shared workspaces. The possibility of remote work means that work, relaxation, and travel times are no longer strictly separated. Therefore can overlap, and hospitality providers are responding by offering equally flexible spaces for these fluid times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
