Another prestigious collaboration for Cinquerosso Arte, which brought the artworks of its emerging artists to Milan’s Fuorisalone in partnership with Next Place Hotel — an installation designed by one of the leading figures in contemporary design, architect Giulio Cappellini.
Amid the lively and always inspiring atmosphere of Milan Design Week, the Next Place Hotel concept stood out for its originality and depth. The idea was to recreate hotel spaces interpreted through a vision of hospitality where Design, Technology, and Art coexist harmoniously.

Within these spaces, visitors enjoyed an immersive and stimulating experience, enriched by Cinquerosso Arte’s contribution. Featuring works by artists Maria Paola Grifone, Icaro, Manuele Chan, and Francesco Zurlini, all carefully selected by Cappellini. Organized by Medelhan and The Playful Living in the heart of the Tortona Design District. Next Place Hotel brought the area to life from April 7 to 13, celebrating hospitality and exploring the latest trends in hôtellerie, with a special focus on artistic creativity.

In addition to the artworks presented by Cinquerosso Arte, visitors were able to admire installations. One was the large sculpture by Taiwanese artist Hsiang Han at the entrance, and the Special Installation by Colombian designer César Giraldo on the first floor.

“I find it very meaningful that Art had such a strong presence at an event dedicated to the future of hôtellerie,” commented Francesca Fazioli, founder and artistic director of Cinquerosso Arte. “It is increasingly clear that selecting artworks is a crucial step in hotel interior design projects. We were truly honored to bring this message to Milan Design Week. It was also an important showcase and a valuable opportunity for us, to connect with architects and other key figures in the hospitality world. I would like to take this opportunity to warmly thank Giulio Cappellini and Roberto Cuneo from Medelhan, with whom we had the pleasure of collaborating in this wonderful setting.”
