Sonia Strukul studied art at the Accademia di Venezia and the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts in Paris. Her talent unfolds in many areas, from textiles to jewellery, and is so disruptive that it has led to major awards. In her career, Sonia can in fact boast of major collaborations, as well as appearances in solo and group exhibitions in Italy and abroad. Her delicate and disturbing art is both light and profound, capable of drawing the viewer into a magnificent Eden. This brings us back to Henry Rousseau and magic realism, for the precise rendering of a reality with attention to detail, well defined in space, in which the scenario is motionless, immersed in a magical suspension.
