Who selects the artworks?

Each piece is carefully assessed by the team of Cinquerosso Arte, under the supervision of Francesca Fazioli. Francesca started her career as a fashion art director before founding her ADV Agency Cinquerosso. She has always been in contact with artists and creative talents. Are the images on the website accurate reproductions of the original artwork?

The reproductions are highly accurate but there could be slight differences in the shades of colour, also depending on the kind of screen you’re using to browse the website.

How much do the artworks cost?

The price is clearly indicated next to the artwork and can vary depending on the size, frame and material. The final price will show up once you’ve selected your choices.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs can vary depending on weight, size and country of delivery. If delivery is outside the European Union, there could be extra custom duties and taxes that Cinquerosso cannot foresee and that therefore won’t be indicated in the shopping cart. How can I purchase an artwork?

Nothing could be simpler! Take your pick, select the format and framing option and add the item to your shopping cart. Select if you want an invoice, accept the General Conditions of Sale and choose your preferred method of payment.

How do I pay for my purchase?

You can pay with PayPal or the main credit cards.

Can I ask for an invoice?

Absolutely. Remember to select the specific option and add the relevant information when placing your order. View our General Conditions of Sale to find out more.

How do I know that my order has been processed?

We will send you a confirmation email with a summary of your order. Please carefully check all the details to avoid any problems during the shipping process. If you notice any mistake (for instance on your delivery address), contact us within 12 hours at support@cinquerossoarte.com.

What happens if the item I selected is no longer available?

If the item you selected is no longer available, we will let you know and we won’t charge you. If your order includes more than one item you will have 12 hours to decide if you wish to receive the items available or cancel the whole order. What are the delivery times? 

Usually a few days. We will send you an estimated delivery date along with the order confirmation. Depending on the courier in charge of transport, you will receive a link to track the shipment.

Can I return the artwork if I change my mind?

If you are a private customer, you have 14 days from delivery to return your purchase. We will refund you via the same payment method you used to make the purchase within 10 days from the reception of the item. The artwork must returned undamaged and in the same package in which it was delivered. If the item has not yet been delivered, you can use the withdrawal form. View our General Conditions of Sale to find out more.

Do the artworks come with some kind of certificate?

They do. The certificate contains a description of the item, the technique, the year of completion and the print run. Moreover, the artworks are signed by the artist to certify their authorship and that they do not violate the rights of third parties. View our General Conditions of Sale to find out more.

Are the artworks protected by copyright?

They are. They cannot be copied or sold.

How much does the consulting service cost?

The cost varies depending on your needs. Contact us to let us know what you are looking for and request a custom quote with no obligation.

How much is the frame?

The cost is proportional to the size of the artwork and will be clearly indicated when you select your item and before proceeding to payment.

How is the artwork shipped and packaged?

It is shipped via courier. Unframed prints are sent in postal tubes, while framed artworks come wrapped and in a custom box.

What if my artwork is damaged during shipping?

Upon delivery, check carefully for any damage before signing the receipt. If the item is damaged, you can return it or ask for a partial refund. View our General Conditions of Sale to find out more.

What should I do if the artwork has an issue unrelated to shipping?

We always do our best to make sure that the item is in perfect condition before shipping. However, should there be any issues you can contact us at support@cinquerossoarte.com or submit the complaint form.  View our General Conditions of Sale to find out more.

What can I do to keep the artwork in good condition once it has arrived?

Keep it away from direct sunlight and atmospheric agents. If possible, avoid potentially humid environments such as the kitchen or bathroom.
