The 2025 edition of 196+ Forum Milan has just concluded at the nhow Hotel in the Tortona Design District. Cinquerosso Arte proudly participated as a partner company. For the event, Cinquerosso Arte created a video installation featuring works by its artists, highlighting the meaningful connection between contemporary art and hospitality. Additionally, all speakers received a complimentary artistic poster.
196+ Forum Milan is the Italian edition of the annual conference focused on hospitality designers and investors. Founded in 2014, the event runs alongside Milan’s Salone del Mobile and features panels, interactive sessions, and case studies aimed at building networks among professionals worldwide and opening new opportunities.
The number 196 refers to the countries of the world (193 UN member states, two UN observer states, and one country recognized by most UN members). The “+” represents potential future countries—and more importantly, the countless possibilities sparked by the event’s meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Each year, 196+ Forum also presents the Hotel Design Award, which honors newly opened hotels recognized for outstanding architecture and design. This year’s award went to the Ace Hotel & Swim Club in Athens.
“It was extremely inspiring for us to participate in 196+ Forum Milan,” says Francesca Fazioli, founder and artistic director of Cinquerosso Arte. “Those two days were full of ideas, during which 14 experts in hospitality, tourism, and design shared their experiences, insights, and perspectives.
In a constantly changing environment like the one we’re experiencing, it’s crucial to identify trends and challenges in order to respond quickly. Equally important is creating opportunities for collaboration and networking.
In this regard, Cinquerosso Arte aim to contribute by positioning as a high-profile partner for interior design.
