Francesca De Pieri was born in Mestre, where she lives and works. After earning a diploma in Painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice (2003), she pursued a Master’s degree in Visual Arts Production and Design, graduating in 2006. She deepened her studies in photography, video, and design, learning from Angela Vettese, Antoni Muntadas, Hans Ulrich Obrist, Lewis Baltz, and Guido Guidi.
She has exhibited in numerous institutions and art fairs, including MIA Art Fair, Fondazione Arnaldo Pomodoro, Cittadellarte – Fondazione Pistoletto, and Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa. She has also participated in artist residencies such as Fundación Inspirarte (Valencia) and Fondazione Francesco Fabbri.
Her works are part of private and public collections, including the Alinari Archives (Florence) and the Museo del Calzado in Alicante.
