After finishing the Liceo Artistico, Maria Paola Grifone studied Fashion Design at the Afol Moda in Milan, and then worked for stylists in the city. Her passion then lead her to the Belle Arti in Brera, where she graduated, cum laude, in Painting, in 2009. During her studies she won several prizes, curated some solo and collective exhibitions, and also participated in three consecutive editions of the Salon Primo at the Palazzo della Permanente in Milan and the ex-church of San Carpofaro, Milan (2007–2009). In the following years, she dedicated herself to her three daughters and some artistic projects, nonetheless never renouncing her visceral passion for painting, which she has always chosen as her personal way of expression. She lives and works in Bergamo.
