It had been announced, and now it’s a reality: architect Marcello Ceccaroli and Cinquerosso Arte have joined forces on an interior design project where refined taste and beauty take center stage.
Je Rome, a luxury hotel nestled in the very heart of Rome, the ethernal city. Located on Via dell’Umiltà, few steps from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and Rome’s major landmarks.

Je Rome is the fourth property of The Ner Collection, a hospitality group founded in 2019 to blend the timeless charm of Rome with contemporary flair.
Marcello Ceccaroli embraced this vision with fluid curves and elegant arches, enriched by a palette of deep teal and brass accents. These stylistic choices elevate Je Rome into a true expression of elegance and modern sophistication.
The works of Francesco Zurlini, displayed throughout the hotel’s 29 rooms, create a refined counterpoint(contrast) to the interior design—an interplay of echoes and rhymes between art and architecture.

Zurlini is an established artist, renowned for his deeply personal approach to abstraction. His work seamlessly blends the formal language of abstract art with the instinctiveness of gesture and a meticulous attention to material. The result is a body of work that evokes a sense of harmony and balance, while also remaining dynamic and richly layered.

“Working on the Je Rome project,” says Francesca Fazioli, founder and artistic director of Cinquerosso Arte, “was an incredibly fulfilling experience for us. It’s a true privilege to witness someone of Marcello Ceccaroli’s talent in action. There’s always a special kind of excitement when an architect instinctively connects with the works in our catalogue—selecting the ones that perfectly align with the spirit of the design. That moment captures the very heart of what we do.”
