I was born twenty-five years ago on December 16. I began by losing myself in fictional characters when I was still a boy. I later lost myself in other fantasies I submitted to full of rage. Then I took my rage out on walls. And then I finally understood. I understood I wanted and had to be somewhere else. I learned illustration and I now compose worlds made of men, cities, women like ancient mothers, seas, and islands. I often place my dachshund Peter in my drawings. My father calls him Mumu and says he looks like Buster Keaton. Or like a skinny accountant.
