every culture. Chiara Sgarzi starts from the tree and the infinite mutability of its forms to get to forests, vegetable organisms capable of representing the complexity of her inner world. Paintings, drawings and engravings are journeys into the meanderings of the self, where events, thoughts, feelings are intertwined, like woodland structures and creatures.
